1. Rubber cushion. Most of them are rubber and metal composite products, with double plate type, cylindrical type, sheet type and other forms, which are used for shock absorption and sound insulation of various machinery, instruments, axles, and pipelines.
2. Rubber air spring. It has better shock absorption and impact resistance than metal springs, and is mainly used in vehicles. Its structure is somewhat similar to that of a tubeless tire, with the ply as the pressure-resistant layer, an airtight rubber layer inside, and an oil-resistant and aging-resistant protective rubber layer outside.
3. Rubber bearing. It is made by bonding rubber sheet and rigid material (steel plate, steel wire mesh, canvas). The latter can increase the compressive strength of the bearing, but has little effect on the shear strength. The rubber bridge support can transmit the bridge load to the pier and abutment, while being able to adapt to bridge deformation and reduce vibration. Rubber building supports can reduce the impact of subways and surrounding vehicles and earthquakes on buildings.
4. Rubber anti-skid pad. It is made of latex collected from rubber tree and is a polymer of isoprene. It has good abrasion resistance, high elasticity, tear strength and elongation. It is easy to age in the air, and becomes sticky when heated. It is easy to swell and dissolve in oil or gasoline, and it is resistant to alkali but not strong acid. Advantages: good elasticity, acid and alkali resistance.
